In the simplest way I would summarize it this way. There are people who know how to use Google to find out things they don't know and others who won't stop asking questions. Then there are also those who are capable of making small decisions on their own without having to check twice or three times. On the one hand, there are those who see a problem and set out to solve it, and on the other hand, there are those who ignore it because they do not consider it their responsibility. Anyone who starts working with us and expects an onboarding of several weeks is wrong. You won't have it. By the way, I don't apply anything else to what I experience in the first person.
My onboarding on my most recent client project was 30 minutes and Asia Mobile Number List since then I have made a living coordinating meetings with people and solving problems along the way. I don't think we are particularly demanding either. It reflects an inevitable evolution in the labor market. Anyone who expects everything to be made very easy for them in the medium and long term when starting a new job is going to be disappointed. The working world is not a pony farm as the German saying would say. You have to get your act together if you want to stand out. Stay tuned. The good thing is that if we see that it works we can replicate it to more.

I won't do it firsthand, but possibly the person we trusted will do it better than we could have done. MarktMaat next actions MarktMaat is going to require more continuous marketing actions. We don't have the social media channels too active since right now we don't have anyone dedicated to the topic. It won't be the focus either. These are some actions we are thinking about: Close collaborations with other Amazon tools, agencies and/or consultants. Reach variable agreements with “sales closers” that can take between 40-60% commission. Convert MarktMaat into SL at the end of the year if the income situation allows. There is still a long road ahead for MarktMaat. It will be fun to see what happens when we take the next step. Stay tuned.
