You can use your Android phone as a keyboard or mouse without installing software on your computer. A person who uses an Android phone as a computer mouse. For best results, the receiving device must have Bluetooth 4.0 and be able to: Android 4.4 or higher Apple iOS 9, iPadOS 13 or later (only keyboard supported) Windows 10 or Windows 8 or higher Chrome OS First, download Serverless Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse for PC/Phone from Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet. download the app from the play store Open the app and you'll be greeted with a message asking you to make your device visible to other Bluetooth devices for 300 seconds.
